What to expect before checkout, after ordering, and when an order contains more than one item.

How delivery works

What it costs. Nothing. Delivery is free to any New Zealand address, and nothing is added at checkout.
Where parts come from. Parts ship to you from New Zealand suppliers — no international freight and no customs.
After ordering. Order updates are sent to the contact details used at checkout, and tracking is provided for every order.
Multiple items. Items in the same order may arrive separately. Tracking details are sent for each shipment.

Delivery timing

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 working days of being placed. That is the total time to your door — it already includes the time the supplier takes to send the part.

If you need a part by a particular date, contact us before ordering so the item can be checked.
