KBS Fusion is a fast-drying grey tie-coat primer that promotes adhesion between surface coatings. It bonds to fully cured RustSeal and can be sprayed or brushed over painted surfaces.

Lightly sand a cured RustSeal surface with 280 to 320 grit sandpaper before applying a thin coat. The surface can be topcoated or re-primed in 20 minutes.
