Heavy-duty 300mm clutch conversion kit for Nissan Patrol and Safari TD42 and TD42T 4.2lt Diesel Turbo and Non Turbo applications. Known as the Viper or LS conversion, it upgrades the stated 275mm clutch disc diameter to 300mm.
Fits Y60, GQ, Y61 and GU chassis. The flywheel must be redrilled by an engineer; a Non Turbo Silvertop flywheel can use a resurfaced and redrilled standard flywheel, while a Blacktop Factory Turbo flywheel must be sent for modification.
The kit includes a pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, alignment tool, spigot bush, pressure plate bolts and spring washers. The pressure plate uses Spheroidal Graphite casting material and ER2 design technology, while the clutch disc has flywheel-side Aramide friction material.
