Suits Mazda MPV GY 1999-2002 and the other listed Ford, Mazda and Jaguar applications. Check the vehicle and engine details against the part being replaced. The source notes that it does not suit earlier models with oil feed at the front of the right-hand head gasket from 6/99 to 01/00.
