Applications stated are Lotus 340R (2000), Lotus Elise (1996 - 2021), Vauxhall VX220, Opel Speedster and Tesla Roadster (2008-2012). Tagged Elise variants are 111R, Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3; diagram reference 2.
